Third party integrations

Through our sister product GSync (license included), a cloud based sync’ing service, we are able to integrate LunchClub with other systems both in the cloud and locally (if required).

Clearly flagged allergy/dietary requirements

You can also amend the selection in the settings. Once set the student is blocked from ordering related items. In the app you can click an item to see more information. On the EPOS you can long press an item to get the same information.

Ongoing support

Chat, email and phone support is available, managed via our ticketing system. However, being truly cloud based helps a lot and with multiple fallbacks, in the event of an issue there’s usually a plan B or beyond, e.g. EPOS offline mode and web payments.
